Is the Platinum-Pak free?
Yes. The Platinum-Pak is absolutely free upon your request. There is no obligation or solicitation.
How do I use the Platinum-Pak?
Your Platinum-Pak will arrive at the address you have provided. All you need to do is fill out the enclosed form, put yourplatinum metals in the secure packaging, and mail it to us. We will refund your mailing costs when we pay you for your items.
Is the Platinum-Pak insured if it gets lost?
The Platinum-Pak is NOT insured by Lippincott. You should insure it for its full anticipated value before sending it to us. Do not send anything to us unless you insure it for its full anticipated value. We will refund your shipping costs when we pay for your items.
How do I know you received my Platinum-Pak?
As soon as we receive your package, one of our experts will evaluate your items and call you with a payment offer. If you do not receive a call within 10 days of sending your Platinum-Pak, we invite you to phone our Customer Assistance number at 1-800-538-8188 for a status lookup. You may also track your shipment using ouronline tracking system.
How much will you pay for my platinum?
The payment we issue for each Platinum-Pak we receive is different, depending upon the contents. We pay high industry recovery prices forscrap platinum, and we let you know how much we can pay for your items before we issue the check.
What if I am not satisfied with your payment offer?
If for any reason you are not happy with our payment offer, we will mail your items back to you, and we will cover the shipping expenses and insure the items for twice the amount of our highest offer for them.*
